Brian Connery has nearly two decades of experience in the Intellectual and Developmental
Disabilities (I/DD) field. He began his career as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), gaining
firsthand knowledge of the industry's challenges and opportunities. Advancing into leadership roles, Brian has served as a Residential Director, Day Habilitation Director, and a Service Coordinator in Massachusetts, focusing on improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
For the past five years, he has focused on Enabling Technology, helping providers integrate
innovative solutions that enhance independence and optimize care models.
