Stage 2

First Interview

In this first round, you will meet with Alex Baker, the Principal Engineer currently leading our mobile development efforts. Since Alex is deeply embedded in the daily execution of this role, this will be a highly technical conversation. You’ll discuss your specific experience with Flutter and Dart, walk through your past projects, and get a clear picture of our current engineering sprints and codebase.

Stage 3

Second Interview

Your second interview is with Jon Dean, one of our Principal Engineers. This conversation will move beyond the day-to-day and focus on technical architecture and problem-solving. Jon will explore how you approach building scalable, reliable systems and how you think about complex workflows within a high-stakes healthcare environment.

Stage 4

Third Interview

Your final interview is with Phil Liberato, our Head of Engineering. As the hiring manager and your direct supervisor, Phil will focus on your long-term technical direction, leadership within the mobile stack, and alignment with our mission. This is the best time to discuss the engineering department’s roadmap, our growth strategy, and what success looks like in this role at Impruvon.
