Stage 1

Application Review

Our team carefully reviews each application to understand your experience, skills and interest in the role. If your background aligns with what we are looking for, we will reach out with next steps.
Stage 2

Recruiter Phone Screen

A member of our recruiting team will schedule a short conversation to learn more about your experience and career goals. You will also have the chance to ask questions and learn more about the role and Impruvon Health.
Stage 3

Interview

You will meet with the hiring manager to discuss your background in more detail. This conversation focuses on your relevant skills, past experience and how you approach your work.
Stage 4

Team Interview

You will meet additional team members to get a feel for the team environment and how we work together. It is also a chance for you to ask deeper questions and learn more about our culture. 

For some roles, we use a short assessment to help us understand how you apply your skills in real world situations. This is a practical step that supports a fair and consistent evaluation.

Stage 5

Offer

If selected, we will share an offer that outlines the role, compensation and next steps. Our team is available to answer any questions as you consider joining Impruvon Health.
